Do you support factories in Mangaluru and coastal Karnataka?
Yes. Northstar is based in Mangaluru and visits manufacturing sites locally. We also support plants elsewhere in Karnataka when travel or remote delivery is agreed.
Should we fix IT infrastructure or IoT first?
Usually stabilise networks, servers and backups first if they are unreliable. IoT pilots make sense when basic connectivity and ownership are in place.
Can you connect shop-floor data without replacing machines?
In most cases yes. A pilot reads existing controllers, meters or sensors and puts alerts and history on a dashboard before any wider rollout.
